Qualifications and Experience

I completed my post graduate diploma in careers guidance in 2003 and have since completed the NVQ 4 and 6 In advice and guidance and level 6 in Careers Leadership through Teach First and level 7 as a Careers

Leader through the University of Warwick.

 

I wrote and delivered Careers leader training for Teach First and a guest speaker at the Careers and Enterprise Company, UCAS ,Westminster Forum and Careers Development Institute (CDI) conferences.

  • I'm a qualified assessor and work with David Pusey Associates supporting level 4 and level 6 Advice and Guidance OCR candidates

  • I am an experienced careers leader having led a school to be the first UK school to achieve all Gatsby benchmarks

  • I am a member of the Careers Development Institute CDI and uphold their code of ethics.

  • I was shortlisted for careers leader of the year 2019 at the CDI awards and led the south West Regional members meetings for two years
